Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Continental airlines won't refund the ticket the FIL didn't use to come home because he died, AND THEY WON'T TELL US WHY. They have NO explaination other than, "Your request has been denied."
1 - How do you deny something without an explaination?
2 - HOW DO YOU NOT REFUND THE TICKET OF SOMEONE THAT DIED ON THE TRIP?!
Gah.

I would keep fighting this as well. Get someone on the phone or in person to get a reason for denying the request, first, and then continue to fight it.
Sorry that you have to deal with this though!
This. There is no reason for them not to refund his ticket. Give 'em hell!
