Only because I dressed today.
Sweater and jeans, Banana.
And a face, for Fenton.

Ready to rumble.
Re: Weekend OOTD?
You look nice, KB.
I spent the day looking haggard and in pain.
Here's Ian's OOTD. Pants and shirt by Carter's, giant shoes by Keen.
I did it, but it's pretty uninspiring since I only went to get an oil change today (and failed at that!)
Shirt - Iron Girl Internet store ($1!), tank top - target (you can just assume this always, no matter what I'm wearing), jeans - old navy.
Aw Winged, I loved not needing a bra near the end of pregnancy. A belly did all the heavy lifting.
Kay, how is your back? Any better?
The only thing that makes my back feel better is alcohol, so it feels OK right now.
Fran leaves Monday morning for nine days in Miami, and the thought of nine days of lifting Ian in and out of his car seat and otherwise taking care of things on my own makes me want to cry.
You're so gorgeous, Kristen.
I have nothing to post for today, since I am wearing pink pj shorts and an old t shirt, which has been my outfit of choice for a day of textbook reading, laundry and the like. I'll try to remember tomorrow.
Also, I've been watching youtube beauty gurus today, and I have a hankering to make a makeup/beauty video for funsies. I would never actually attempt to become a youtube beauty guru, because I am too much of a delicate snowflake to desire putting myself out there for regular criticism from strangers. But I love talking to you guys about beauty stuff. If I made one would ya'lls watch it and not think I was dumb?
I would absolutely watch it and need it.
Also, I finally got my makeup brushes and I like them. I love how tiny the case is for traveling! I still only use 3 brushes for my eyes though, including the eyeliner one!
Oh god Kay, that sounds miserable. Can Ian climb into his seat? That's what I make Maggie do now. It can be infuriating but makes it a lot easier if you can't hoist him up.
Next week my mom and I are doing a private make-up lesson with my favorite makeup artist for her birthday. (she asked for it as her gift.) I think I want her to school me in a red lip. I've always stayed away from lipstick, now that I'm a full eye makeup, tightlining lady I'm ready for the next level.
Pff, you don't need nothing. You look good all the time.
YAY, the soft crown brushes? I'm glad you like them. How many brushes do most people use for their eyes? I usually only use 2 or 3, 4 if I use gel eyeliner that needs a brush.
Kay, I bet a cold shower or two would whip him in shape real quick.
Christin, I'll make sure YoshiChristin makes an appearance.
Oh no, Kay. ;( that sucks so bad.
I'll post my ootd. I call this All Day Hangover with a side of Don't Order Fish at an Italian Restaurant.

You look cute today Katie!
You look really pretty with your hair back.
Hezz! You look so sad! You got sick from your surprise bday dinner?
Here's my sexy grey thermal from Target, sexy face is all me. Not pictured: Old Navy jeans, striped kneesocks from Target.

Jens - I would watch, and I need help. I definitely need eye makeup help. I just added the Naked Palette to my gift ideas list for Arthur. I usually only do bare minerals foundation and powder, mascara, and eye liner for work. I need tips for fast and easy because I'm lazy and would rather sleep.
I'm wearing green wool socks, purple pj pants with white polka dots from old navy, a bravado nursing tank that isn't snapped, and a black and grey striped long sleeve t shirt from target.

Shirt - Target. You can't really tell from the picture, but it's a faux wrap thing, and it spends its day working its way between my boobs to make me look slutty.
Jeans - Gap
Unpictured: Target knee socks and sexy Privo shoes. (They're not sexy.)
Today I jauntily stuck my hand in my pocket instead of putting it on my hip.
Kay, I hope your back feels better soon, that sounds miserable.
Jens, I would totally watch a makeup video from you. Confession: I do not own any makeup brushes except for little crappy eyeshadow sponges. I don't know what to do with anything.

That's all anybody knows. We could have some rotating lessons from other people who enjoy that sort of stuff too!

I love this idea. I'd like Kristen to do a video about the look she's wearing today.
Aw, thanks Moo!
ETA: Sparrow - I have never figured out how to make a true smokey eye look good on me either. I kind of have a modified smokey look I do for myself. I don't look good ever with a lot of makeup under my eyes.
