We FINALLY have people coming to check out our old condo that still isn't sold (we moved over a year ago and haven't had any viewings in forever and a month).
I really really need us to sell this place. Not only because of the unnecessary spending, but more so because DH and I agreed that we'd start TTC when we sell the condo. With all that good water in here, I'd rather start sooner than later, ya know ![]()
Anyways, selling vibes are welcome!

Re: Can anyone spare some vibes
Cecilia arrived 12 October 2012
Have you tried St. Joseph? An Irish friend of mine swears by sellers burying St. Joseph statues in the yards of their houses or placing a little statue of him in a high cupboard (don't want prospective buyers to happen upon him!).
And, on a more practical, less Catholic level, have you considered switching agents? Is your place furnished or unfurnished? We were trying to sell an unfurnished place for ages and when we finally switched agents and staged it, we got two offers within the first 6 weeks. Good luck!
Chronically hilarious - you'll split your stitches!
I wrote a book! Bucket list CHECK!
