Our offer was accepted!
So after many months of house hunting and losing out on 4 previous home bids, we finally found a house! We looked at the home yesterday and put in an offer that afternoon. The home had been on the market for almost 200 days, so we our initial offer was 20k lower and they had just reduced the price a few days ago. So we were just seeing what the counter offer would be, they surprised us with a very good counter and we accepted. We close in 2 weeks! So glad be done house hunting.
