Showings...or lack thereof
Our house has been on the market about two and half weeks. Last weekend we had two showings that canceled and today we had another showing that canceled... All of them different people. What gives? We live in a rural area, so dint know how much if a turnout we will have with an open house, but I just want someone to see our house:( anything we can do besides sit and wait?

Ugh - sorry to hear. I know you're wanting to sell soon.
I would ask your agent to call the listing agents of the people who cancelled and find out why. Today may have been snow related? It's definitely concerning that it happened with all three.
I think you mentioned before that you live in a double wide and most other listings are stick built. The issue could be that you're not priced far enough below the stick built houses so buyers don't want to bother looking. I cancelled a showing appointment the other day that my agent made for us because it was a three bedroom (I want four) in a less desirable area than the one I want to be in and only $20K less than a nicer four bedroom in the better area.
Not to be creepy, but if you want to PM me your listing on Zillow I'm happy to take a look and let you know if I see anything concerning and look at the comps in your area to give you my opinion as a buyer.
