Question about appliances
One of the listings we have been considering is a foreclosure, so none of the appliances are included. I am trying to price how much appliances might cost us, but I feel as though I might be overlooking something.
So far on my list I have: refrigerator, oven range, dishwasher, washer, dryer... Anything I'm overlooking? Or other appliances that aren't necessities, but would be nice to have?

I'm sure you've seen the house and know that the appliances are missing, but I just wanted to throw this out there for others. Foreclosure does not necessarily equal missing appliances. We purchased a foreclosure with nice stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, oven/range, microwave).
Ditto PP - dimensions can make a huge difference in price, as can separate oven/double oven/cooktop. We also have an extra full-size freezer in the garage, which is awesome, and a wine cooler.
