know of any rental homes/townhouses?

Anyone have or know of any rental houses/townhouses around town? My mom is relocating back to the area and is wanting to rent a house, duplex or townhouse. She needs at least 2 bedrooms and at least a 1 car garage (though 2 car garage is preferable). If its in the metro, she'd like the west side of town but is open to Ankeny, Altoona, etc. Anyone know of anything that is reasonably priced?

We live in brand a new town home that is in WDM. They are pretty nice. There is a 2BR 2 car garage option and 1 BR (plus a den) and 1 car garage option. They are 3 story units- first story garage; 2nd is kitchen, living, half bath; 3rd floor is bedrooms 2 full baths and laundry. After shopping around last spring we thought for as much house as we were getting it was a decent price especially considering they are brand new and I wanted a nice spot since I would be staying home all year while we live here.

My friend Kris is renting out her townhome! It is in my neighborhood, so it's close to downtown and the interstate. She posted on here a week or so ago, so it's a page or 2 back, but the price is with all utilities included! She posted under the SN *Kris*, but she might be better known as Blessed2004 with a cute little blondie named Jake :-). I'm happy to give you all of her contact info if you want it. They live in VA now and just rent it out. I will have a key soon too to show it once the current tenants move.

My husband and I just bought a house and will be moving out of our townhome. We absolutely love our townhome--it is just too small for us now. It's located off of 50th & Mills Civic Parkway--great area. Close to Hy-Vee, Walgreens, and the interstate. We have a 2 BR, 2.5 bath (each bedroom is a suite), double attached garage.
