Just discovered Happy Endings
...and I love it! The cast has great chemistry, and I am astounded at how quickly the jokes come. Not all of the jokes work, but I enjoy "hanging out" with those people. I especially like Max and Brad. We're catching up on season 2 now, and I have to say that the Halloween episode was the best so far! I could not get over those baby arms.
I think I saw someone post that they've converted from HIMYM to Happy Endings, and I'm definitely a convert too. I gave up on HIMYM a year or two ago because it just got too mindless. It's nice to see a smart "friends" sitcom again, although Happy Endings doesn't quite have the heart that HIMYM did, or yet anyway.

Brad and Max are hilarious! How far are you in season 2? I love Jane and Brad together. The Jazz-Kwondo episode in season 1 is one of my favorites.

Damon Wayans Jr was in the pilot because Happy Endings was rumored to be cancelled. Then when he wasn't in the next episode, I looked into why, and found out about Happy Endings and that it was back, so I decided to check it out - and I"m SOOOOOO glad I did.
Well, really, they need to thank Damon - there was something about him that clearly clicked w/ me, so I searched him out.

This show is my favorite now too. The Modern Family/Happy Endings hour is my favorite hour on tv now.
It's a-MAAHH-zing.
I think the New Girl needs to thank Damon Wayans Jr, and not the other way around. His character, Coach, in the NG pilot was terrible! I love Damon Jr, but I almost didn't watch the 2nd episode because of him. I was very glad to see he was replaced. Winston is a much better character, IMO.
I love Happy Endings! I've been watching it since the pilot episode, and it never disappoints. The hipster episode was my favorite
And just when I think I have a favorite character, a new episode comes on, and I change my mind. Great cast and writing.

This was one of my favorite episodes as well! Penny is my favorite among the girls.
I look forward to Wednesday night now more than any other night of the week for TV. I love all the characters, but the MVP changes every week.

I love this show and have since the 1st episode. It's so randomly hilarious and seems to have found it's groove this season.
But does anyone else think Damon Jr is more of a clone then someone's son? He looks so much like his dad, does he have a mom?
