Valentine's Day plans?
Anyone doing anything fun? DH and I are staying in, so I just ordered a big meal complete with chocolate covered strawberries from Fresh Direct. LOL, so romantic :-)

I normally don't like Valentine's Day (anniversary of my grandfather's death, on his wedding anniversary), but this one is going to be a bummer for me. I'm going to be alllll by myself. H is away for work. Booooo.
So romantic.
VDay honestly snuck on up on me, I didn't even realize that it is tomorrow.
Oh well, it has never been a big celebration holiday for us, anyway.

We definitely don't go out on v-day. The restaurants are way too crowded, over priced and the food usually sucks. =/
We exchanged cards and candy and that's about it. We're ordering in tonight being I've been sick the last few days, so no cooking for me.

Sadly we didn't have plans either.
We just came home, relaxed, watched tv, made lasagna and had a bottle of the same kind of rose champagne that we had at our wedding. 
I bought a Living Social deal for an overnight stay at a really nice hotel out on Long Island (Riverhead) so we'll do that on March 10th. We'll try to pretend that that's our Valentine's Day.
