who wants a boarding house update!
So.
Apparently boarding homes are a big problem in general in this area so I reached out to a civic association that is bordering our new area and they redirected me to my association who has less online presence. WELL. apparently the boarding home next door has been around and KNOWN for a while. They have tried once to get rid of if, but the people who owned my home really didn't give two shits. The CA is like OMG YES FINALLY someone who is pissed like us. apparently the owner of the house next door is crazy and actually told the city's zoning committee to F themselves the last time.
I have a feeling we are in for some *** and half. but now all these call from the CA are being made on our behalf to all kinds of officials.

I seriously question the judgment of the dbags that owned your house before you did. I mean I did before with all the negotitation nonsense, but moreso now.
