Tuesday- grilled veal chops topped with broccoli rabe and possibly cheese? not sure if it will ruin it, some kind of fun mash and a spinach salad. with heart shaped brownies and white chocolate fondue for the boys
Wednesday- trying this beef stew recipe over egg noodles

Mon - chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola (WF) with WW pasta and broccoli
Tues - ? Thinking of going out to dinner, but need to figure out asap so that we can get a reservation somewhere.
Wed - Either black bean & spinach enchiladas or spaghetti bolognese in the crock
Thurs - I bought beef chuck, but the bolognese dish I was planning on making called "ground beef chuck". Oops. Need a recipe now - maybe I can run with yours Kel or some kind of beef stew. That sounds yummy.
Fri - Pizza?
last night- cousins dinner: italian beef stew, garlic bread, italian marble cookies
mon- this recipe http://www.fromthelittleyellowkitchen.com/2012/02/10/parmesan-roasted-brussels-butternut-squash-and-kale/ with adding in cauliflower because we have it.
tues- fettucini, creamy tomato sauce with bacon and peas, spinach salad, chocolate strawberries
weds- ds and i have haircuts so i am thinking baked tomato soup and grilled cheese
thurs- chicken, frozen green veggie (or spinach if we have any left), some sort of pasta/noodle
fri- not sure if we will be in s jerz/philly this weekend so its all up in the air for friday on out.
sunday - Tastes like lasagna soup. Oh man was this delicious for a ww recipe. 6 points for one cup. I'm obsessed and this is definitely going in the regular rotation. If anyone decides to try it, I suggest you omit the salt. It was hella-salty.
monday - salsa chicken and refried beans w/ side salad
tuesday - We are getting take out from Bertucci's. I told DH that the only thing I want for Valentine's day is not to have to cook or do dishes. He was down for that.
wednesday - some sort of chicken with mashed potatoes. perhaps chicken dijon or chicken piccata
thursday - DH and I have dentist appointments so something easy, maybe flatbreads.
friday - unsure
saturday - unsure
LOVE veal chops stuffed with some good, sharp provolone. It adds great flavor without being over-powering.
