Suggestions for a girls trip?
Hi,
My friend and I will be traveling to Dallas in June for a 3 day weekend. We are going to a concert on Saturday night, but I was hoping for recommendations on restaurants and the top things that should be checked out on a short trip. We are open to do just about anything, so any suggestions are appreciated!

Where is your concert and where are you staying?
I love Southlake and Grapevine too, but, if everything you're doing is in Dallas proper, there's lots of construction out that way and that could wreak havoc on your plans/schedule.
Check out this thread for some suggestions in the Dallas proper/Uptown area.
Please let us know where you are staying or your concert is, and we can give you recommendations for things closer to that area.

That's in Arlington. You could stay in Downtown/Uptown Dallas or Fort Worth (it's kind of equi-distant), but I would honestly stay in Arlington myself. I think we have some Arlington girls on the board who could probably give you better advice than I though.
