This company is paying homeowners to turn their houses into billboards in exchange for paying their mortgage payments.
I would be tempted to do it, but I am pretty sure our strict HOA rules are not going to allow it. There's no way we would have it up for an entire month without seeing some nasty gram, I am sure of it.
Creative idea though, at least it isn't advertising something like Rogaine or Viagra.
Re: free mortgage
I would do it in a heartbeat but, like you, our HOA would NEVER allow this.
I even thought about signing up my car to be an advertisement in trade for a free car payment (when I was thinking about getting a new car) but they never called back.
Yeah, I'd probably do the car one, too. I'm a hor for free payments, lol.
I am actually thinking about ordering one of their shirts. For $25, I can snap a few pics in public and hope to get three mortgage payments out of it! Being creative enough to get picked would have to be the tricky part.
I would do this in a hearbeat!!
I wonder if it matters where the house is located. I'd be more than happy to buy my country house and have them pay it
Location is important. They obviously want it to be seen often/have a lot of traffic.
Right, but anywhere within a city would have strict HOA, no?
(I'm so ignorant to HOA)
Pretty much all the neighborhoods in the city and in suburbia here have HOA's. There might be a few that don't have an HOA requirement but they must be few and far between.
