Re: meal planning post
This is what I have so far:
Polish Kelsba (tonight) with a veggie side.
Tuesday: Pizza w/ a salad and a veggie for DD.
Wednesday/Thursday: Baked Ziti
Friday: DH and I may go out to dinner (I have two volunteers who are fighting over who wants to watch A).
I have no fricking clue.
soup and grilled cheese tonight.
not a clue for the rest of the week.
my parnets are in town this weekend, we will eat out.

we dont' plan what days to have each, just make sure we've got a plan for the week. The only downfall is that we have to actually throw everything in the CP before we leave for work, and we forget sometiems.

I'm kind of all over the place the rest of the week.
- Chicken in tarragon cream - no clue what side.
- Some sort of tomato and sausage dish. Maybe picking up a spaghetti squash to go with it.
- Another chicken dish. Wow, I'm really planned out this week.

I'm a little late - I hate posting when TN is slow.
Sunday - salmon with roasted potatoes in olive oil and rosemary and asparagus
Monday - Pierogies and broccoli
Tuesday - Spinach with Chick peas and raisins and quinoa
Wednesday - roasted brussel sprouts with garlic and olive oil served on pasta
Thursday - Veggie Burgers and Fries
Friday - probably pizza

Jerk chicken with snap peas, broccoli, and mashed potatoes
Tuesday
Crab cake, sirloin steak, baked potato, asparagus
Wednesday
Cream of Crab soup/bred
Thursday
I have a meeting, DH will be on his own

Cafe Troia
Monday- Spicy chicken. It was so simple, just melted coconut oil, cumin, chipotle spice, cilantro, ground mustard, mix it all up, coat chicken and bake.
Tonight- Crab cakes, lobster, steamed shrimp, balsamic brussels sprouts, and sweet potato fries. I hate the crowds on vday so we always eat at home.
Tomorrow- Pork tenderloin in the crockpot with sauerkraut and carrots.
Thursday- Bison burger lettuce wraps
Friday- Spicy Mexican spaghetti squash.
