Food Processor Poll

I'm thinking about getting one, but I'm not sure if I'd use it often.
What kind do you have?
How often do you use it?
What type of recipes and foods do you use it for?
Is it easy or difficult to clean?

What kind do you have? I have an old Hamilton one
How often do you use it? only a few times a year, but I use my little veggie chopper thing several times a week (it's like a mini food processor)
What type of recipes and foods do yo u use it for? dressings (cilantro lime salad dressing, pesto, etc), spinach & artichoke dip, other kinds of dips like hummus and salsa
Is it easy or difficult to clean? it's kind of a PITA to clean, which is why I rarely use it.

I use it at least a few times a week.
I use it a for lots of things--chopping veggies, shredding cheese, making sauces.
Easy to clean.
I used to have a small food processor (maybe 4 cup, I don't recall), and I hardly ever used it because it wasn't large enough to be useful for most things. Now that I have the larger one, I use it so much more.

What kind do you have? I have a Cuisinart, but I rarely use it because I have a Vitamix that I use for EVERYTHING
How often do you use it? See above- I do use my Vitamix several times a week
What type of recipes and foods do you use it for? Pestos, hummus, green smoothies, soups, nut butters
Is it easy or difficult to clean? Cuisinart- no, a PITA. Vitamix- easy beyond belief!
Thanks for the responses so far. It sounds like if I decide to buy a food processor then I need to look for one that's big and easy to clean.
Right now I chop all veggies by hand and it's a pain sometimes. I'd like to be able to make salsa, spaghetti sauce, and other dressings more easily.
