Curiosity: job poll (clicky)
I was just curious how many people here are SAHers, freelancers, "traditional" workers, etc. Does anyone have a SAHH/SAHD?[Poll]
Re: Curiosity: job poll (clicky)
I am a regular full time worker married to a HS teacher. During summer breaks when he isn't teaching, it's kind of like having a SAHH. He's actually quite handy around the house with the cooking and cleaning when he is home, too bad it is only limited to a couple of months a year, though.
I didn't vote because I don't think I fit in any of the categories. I'm unemployed but it's not intentional. There's nothing wrong with SAH, but I can't seem to call myself a SAHW because I'm not used to it, I don't plan to do it longterm, and I've been actively applying for jobs the entire time. For the most part I enjoy working, so it's very frustrating!
*headdesk* My DH is a full time student, so you'd think I would have remember that one. Though I could've sworn I had an "other" option on there that TN must have eaten or something.
ETA: Added the "Other" option.
