peak- the trainer that i worked with a couple years ago and that i love.. who also left and i haven't seen him in forever is back. the other day i waved to hima nd he didn't recognize me. today he walked up to me on the elliptical and was like WHOA!! it IS you. you look incredible, you've been doing good huh? lol.
it was so nice.. he seriously motivated me like no other. loved him! he is the manager at my gym location now and i'm super excited.. but sad because he doesn't train.
peak 2- h mentioned that he is making me dinner tomorrow.
yay!
pit- i was so exhausted.. i seriously couldn't get enough sleep. it sucked!
Pit: Being crampy and bloated all day.
Peak: I'm planning a vacation.
Nothing positive to share today other than I'm thankful for medication that makes the nausea and pain go away!
pit: still feeling drowsy/sleepy all day thanks to the lame gall bladder attack.

Pit: I have been recovering from food poisoning all weekend and thought I was fine today. I had one freaking starburst at work and my stomach has been touch and go since. Grr! I hate it!
Peak: Helping plan my new cousin in laws wedding shower. So excited!
