Did anyone get their wedding ring or engagement ring through Shane Co?

Every piece of fine jewelry DH and I buy we get from Shane Co, including both of our rings. He's also gotten me 2 pairs of earrings, a necklace, a bracelet, and his grandmother some pearls.
I love that I can get my rings sized for free as many times as I need as well as re-coated with the white gold and cleaned. Their customer service is great and they aren't too pushy (this is the one in Lynnwood). They helped DH understand diamonds and helped him pick the best quality for his price range. my wedding set is from Shane Co. I was very impressed with the level of service we received
DH got my wedding set from there but I need to get it resized and we've moved so much I can't seem to find the paperwork on it and I don't know what it said about resizing or anything....
I also still need to get them fused and I need to see what a matching band on the other side will cost. It's not a huge deal but we would have to make a special trip over there sometime when we are visiting his family down in Renton and I I think he said the closest one was like an hour away from there...
I cannot take Shane Co seriously cause whenever I see the name, all I can think is the radio voice in my head with the commercial.
"Now you have a friend in the diamond business, Shane Co."
And that makes me giggle.
