I got DH an awesome card (it says I love you for putting up with my crap, haha), 3 movie theater boxes of his favorite candy (sour patch kids and swedish fish), a crazy assortment of really good (and expensive! gah!) beer, and this cocktail recipe book he's been wanting for awhile. We didn't do gifts this year. Went to a really nice dinner/got massages Saturday, and we're planning to do a little ski getaway in the next few weeks. Was supposed to be this weekend, but H can't get Monday off, boo

I left a sweet note along with a big bag of peanut butter M&Ms and two little bags of peanut butter/chocolate hearts. He loves peanut butter and chocolate, so I picked up the candy at Walgreens last week. He probably got me some kind of candy too, but I won't receive it until I get home tonight.

No present for DH this year.. Usually if I got him something it was a practical gift anyway. This year between baby and everything else that's been going on he'll get a hand-stamped(made) card and that'll be it.

I made h a card and one of his favorite treat/snack type things. It wasn't as much as I normally do but with it on a tuesday this year and h working swing shift the last few months it's the best I could do.

Not yet. I might grab a card or something today, maybe a massage gift cert. I did make reservations for dinner. He got me flowers and made dinner last night.

I kind of feel bad because I didn't, I just got him a card, he didn't get me anything either. We are planning a trip to Atlantis resort in the Bahamas (our childhood fantasy vacation) and we decided that will be our V-day gifts.

Also, I came up with the idea to write vows to eachother since we wanted to write our own vows for our wedding but we chickened out and ran out of time. We read them to eachother last night and it was really the best present, we both cried!
