Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ouch - I'm in a whiny mood
..all I can think about every time I do something is how sore my butt is thanks to that stupid needle they used for my shot on Sunday in the emergency. I can't sit, walk, lay etc. with out feeling how sore it is... sigh

haha yup... I was in so much pain and had been for so long I almost told her I didn't care.. Then i thought about it and was like umm yes I do care haha.
