Meals & Exercise - 02/15/12
I fell off the wagon, hard. I can tell I've been slacking by how sluggish I feel - I struggled through my past few workouts and I'm not at all happy about it. Anyway, here's to a fresh start.
B - Grape Nuts cereal w/ sliced banana and 1% milk, hot tea
S - Clementine
L - Leftover buffalo chicken casserole (not as impressed with the recipe I was with the picture and reviews of it), clementine
S - Gala apple
E - An hour of circuits at the gym
D - Taco salad

PSU, the good news is that everyday is a new day!
B: my usual, greek yogurt, raspberries, granola, coffee with half and half.
L: leftover roasted chicken on a big ole' salad and a 1/2 english muffin (homemade).
S: orange
E: bodypump then an insane step/interval dvd. Yikes!
S2: 100 calorie muscle milk lite.
B: Green smoothie with hemp protein powder, spinach and kale and frozen berries
S: Larabar
L: Tomato soup with whole grain crackers, 1/2 avocado
E: 60 minute heated vinyasa flow
