  • Much better, thanks! My doctor said to keep taking Aleve as necessary, but I've only needed one today since I brought my heating pad with me to work. Me = old lady!

  • Having a back spasm can definitely make you feel like a little old lady. I remember when I was 16 or so, I sneezed in an unfortunate way and pulled something in my back. It hurt to breathe or do anything for that matter! So uncomfortable.

    I am in so much agreement with this statement. I have lots of Biofreeze in the apartment but I use this so much for for DH's achy back.
