Need to use up goat cheese
I've got a bunch of goat cheese to use. Besides throwing it in salads, do you have any good recipes with goat cheese?

I just made these last week! I love the basil fried goat cheese, it was really good!

Basil Crusted Fried Goat Cheese
baked goat cheese: bake some goat cheese with your favorite marinara sauce and serve with toasted bagguette.

I have not made these recipes, but these are on my to try list:
sweet potatoes with goat cheese and pecans
goat cheese with pistacho and cranberries
flatbread pizza
tomorrow night i'm using some up with roasted sweet potatoes and a vinaigrette - maybe throw in some crispy prosciutto too.
