Places to stay in LBI
Our original plans of a beach vacation got squashed because DH's co worker is due with a baby mix-July. We were originally headed to a friends condo in Myrtle Beach and he say weather isn't as great in June. I suggested a long weekend in LBI.
We stayed in a private house back in 08 but it cost us 1800 for the week. We're not looking to go that long or spend that much. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it!

Fwiw, the weather in MB will be fine in June...probably still warmer than LBI would be in july. The ony thing bad about June is that it is a southern tradition to go there after high school graduation. So if you stay near the cheap motel area there will be lots of partying kids. If the condo is not off of ocean dr you'd be fine.
LBI is nice too. My grandparents used to live there, so I've ony ever stayed there. But in general I think most people rent houses and they get booked up very far in advance.
See I agree with you. I said lets just go in June! I actually am not sure where in MB the condo is. Maybe we can reconsider.
