T&Ps Con't
Sorry for the double post but I wanted to get this one out there.....
The same family that I wrote about the other day, well, one of the twins is going in for a bone marrow biopsy on 2/24. If her platelets are still down and the marrow isn't looking good, then she will ALSO need a bone marrow transplant. Knowing that she has one child that needs a transplant is bad, but two? I cannot handle that and I'm not their mother!
My second T&P is for a friend of mine just got diagnosed with cervical cancer. She is still exploring her treatment options but was told it should be fairly treatable. Hopefully it is easy and not very painful for her. This is definitely a PSA to make sure you get a pap smear every year!!
