Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Need some support again....
My husband got demoted at his job today. He works in a call center as a coach assistant with the perk of unlimited overtime. Today his supervisor who is the worst boss ever told him he ignored a customer and was being demoted back to an agent without the opportunity for unlimited overtime. He swears that the accusation is false and when he asked his boss for evidence she wouldn't provide any. I am so sick over this. We cannot afford to live without his overtime. He can sign up for overtime as it is available but there is no gaurentee week to week of it. I already stress so much over our finances and now this when we have a new baby. I'm overwhelmed with emotion and fear because of this.
I could use any good thoughts you have.

That just doesn't jive with me...there should be a process that the 'boss' has to go through - like a meeting with evidence, etc. not just some arbitrary decision! What a wank!
