I have a package thawing for dinner tonight, but I am at a total loss as to what to do with them, since I don't feel like standing in the rain to grill them. I have time to do something, and I have to go to the grocery, so throw your best at me.

i use this for drumsticks and I think it would work with thighs as well, i skip the sesame seeds because I don't usually have them in my pantry and don't miss them. but ditto PP i usually do a caciatore with thighs, recipe is at home though

This is my FAVORITE recipe to do with chicken thighs.. it's from the 'cook this not that' book and apparently a rip off of a PF Changs recipe. So good.

I use them in chicken and rice dishes all the time. Chicken cacciatore is also a good suggestion.
I use them in my cheating Jambalaya.
I actually care to keep them in my freezer supply more than chicken breasts.
Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!
I made this last night, I added baby carrots which were super yummy. I think next time though I will use less lemon, it was a little too much for our tastes, but I had really big lemons.
Trying the caccitore tomorrow night. Thanks for the suggestions.
That's great! I can't wait to give it a try myself.
