As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. B - Grape Nuts cereal w/ sliced banana and milk, hot tea
L - Brocolli artichoke dip w/ pita bread, 2 clementines
S - Gala apple and cheese
E - Cardio class
D - Broiled tilapia, brown rice and a veggie

L - jerk chicken salad
D - cheese plate and riesling (MH's V-day gift to me that we were too full to eat on Tuesday, and yesterday he worked really late)
S - Clif bar (kids size)
E - run
Coffee w/almond joy creamer
E- 3 mile run
B - oatmeal w/tsp brown sugar and 1% milk
L - not sure, probably a toasted tomato sandwich w/honeydew melon.
D - I am going out with my team from work as our last dinner party together, so I am having a sirloin steak salad, with goat cheese and a spicy clamato-like dressing.
B- Nature Valley granola bars
S- Fiber one bar
L- Healthy choice meal
S- Fiber one bar
D- Grilled quail with sweet potatoes and kale
E- At least an hour on the elliptical
B: same old shiz that I eat everyday. Greek yogurt, granola, raspberries, coffee w/1/2 and 1/2.
L: bagel sandwich with veggies
S: orange
E: teaching spin tonight.
S2: 100 calorie muscle milk lite.
B - Activia yogurt (Yuck, by the way...I got so used to Greek yogurt, I can't stand that kind of sugary crap anymore)
L - Leftover chicken and rice
S - Almonds
D - It's wing night with some friends so lots of nasty, greasy hot wings! And beer!
E - nada. I did 2 1/2 hrs of hot yoga yesterday, including 90 mins of hot vinyasa. My ass has been kicked until tomorrow.
