Revenge: I'm confused (spoilers)
Did the writers just change the story? They showed Daniel getting shot. We saw his face falling down. But Tyler was the dead guy?

Daniel did get shot didnt' he?? he had blood on his shirt/ under his jacket? I guess I assumed he was shot-- that was shot #1-
Then someone else came about and shot Tyler- shots 2 and 3.
So they Pilot showed his face as he got shot-- but then showed "A" body fall--- no necessarily Daniels.
I need to know why Amanda (REFA) was bleeding...
Jack heard all 3 gun shots- so it all happened very quickly
Nolan and Teako (whats his name?) Totally shared a look!!!
Teako has something HUGE to do with it all if he had the box from Tyler and everything... Do you think he get to Amanda (REFA)

Tyler shot her when they were in the warehouse or wherever they were hiding... while she was running away.
I read that a peripheral character will be on trial so not to upset the normal flow of the show.
So maybe Takeda will be accused?
Well, we don't know for certain what happened to them. A lot of this is speculation.
But this wouldn't be the first unrealistic thing to happen. In the end of the episode of Daniel's birthday where Tyler bound Nolan and stabbed him in the arm, Nolan lifted up that same bloody arm and put it around Ashley's shoulders as they were walking off. They could've at least made them switch sides so he was using the other arm.
It is coming back the following week and then it looks like it will be repeats in March. There are 7 new episodes left until the season finale in May.

YES! Although the creator came out this week and said he never intended for Daniel to die. The actors never knew who the shooter was, and the guy who plays Daniel thought for sure he was killed off until a couple of weeks ago.
Also several of the writers did an interview and they were afraid that the show wouldn't be a hit and Emily's character wouldn't be believable and the show would flop, which is why several episodes could have been used to close the show.
Tyler's character didn't have much depth and the used him to play several different directions. He could have actually had the money he claimed to have. He and Daniel could have been better friends. For a while they showed it like he was interested in Daniel sexually, but when Daniel blew him off, that was the end of it, and Tyler went after the Grayson's instead of just Daniel. Then in the middle when the show was a huge hit, Tyler's character got some more depth and more interesting.
I read a spoiler that this last weeks episode was going to be used as the season/series finale if needed. It was really good. I hope the show can keep the momentum up!
Regarding the original direction of the Tyler character . . . does anyone remember the first episode he appeared in, after he got Daniel drunk at the bar, he got a call on his cell that showed "Emily" on the caller ID?? I believe he ignored it, but they clearly showed that he was receiving a call from "Emily" - who at that point he hadn't officially met.
I think he was originally brought in as an accomplice to Emily, but then the writers decided to make him her enemy. It was very strange.
Anyone remember this or I am imagining things?
Also, I might have missed it, but why is Takeda helping Emily? Was he a friend of her father's?
I was kind of assuming that Amanda came back to stop Tyler, and so she must have been the one to shoot him. I wasn't sure that Daniel was even shot, he could have had someone else blood splattered on him. And yes, PP said Amanda was shot in the barn when she initially gets away from Tyler so she's already had that wound before she got to that beach scene. Remember she goes to see Jack on the boat and when she runs off to "pay the driver" he has her blood on his hand.
I haven't been clear on the Takeda-Emily relationship either. I think it was implied that they had known each other for a long time, but I can't recall for sure.
Daniel and Emily meet in the first episode don't they? I'd have to go back and watch all the episodes but I'm pretty sure they had met, and Tyler was jealous of Daniel and Emily's relationship.
Takeda is a friend of Emily's I think she met while she was traveling. I think the Warden might have put the two in contact. I'm sure we'll learn more about their relationship in the next few weeks if not the next season. I'm not sure why he has a loyalty to her.
From what I remember, that was Daniel's phone and Tyler had his phone or something like that.
That's what I was thinking, too.
