Disneys wilderness lodge or boardwalk villas?
I'm trying to book a Disney trip for may and I'm trying to pick between these two. My home resort is bay lake tower and it's sold out. ( DVC member) I have 2 toddlers so I thought boardwalk sounded good bc you walk to Epcot and then I figured jump on monorail to magic kingdom, thoughts?? I'm really trying to avoid a lot of bus trips double stroller and me being pregnant. I feel bad for my husband. Any suggestions?

Re: Disneys wilderness lodge or boardwalk villas?
Wilderness Lodge has a boat that will take you to and from Magic Kingdom. But you still have to take the kids out of the stroller.
I vote for Boardwalk for exactly the reason you mentioned. I think you can also walk to Hollywood Studios as well. Not having to take the bus to three out of the four parks = priceless in my opinion.
We're staying at the Boardwalk for the first time in October. Can't wait!
Boardwalk is our home resort, and we absolutely love it. The walk to Epcot is not bad, but the walk to DHS is somewhere around a mile. The boat system, however, is very quick and efficient. I don't recall ever waiting for more than a few minutes for service.
The trip to MK from the Boardwalk is not bad if you take the bus. However, getting there via monorail is a bit of a pain. The Epcot entry from the resort is in the World Showcase, so you would have to walk all the way through the park to get to the Epcot monorail. Then you would have to transfer at the Ticket & Transportation Center to get on the MK monorail. It's probably more hassle than it's worth.
Our only complaint about BW is that there is no traditional counter service restaurant. There is a hotdog stand and I think pizza, but that got old really quick.
