My Nest Bio and Cycling Advice
With bronchitis I absolutely would not work out. When I had bronchitis a few months ago I don't think I would have been physically capable of exercise for the first week or so. I was so sick that I had to sit down and catch my breath after folding some laundry.
And honestly, it took a few months for my lungs to be totally back to normal.
If it's a cold, I do try to work out through it - I find I often feel better afterwards.
uh-I SAW my doc which is how I KNOW it is bronchitis. But thanks.
I feel fine...just coughing. I better not have to take off more than a week. Believe me, I will gain weight
nope-not a crap diet at all. Slow metabolism.
I also just seem to retain a lot of water and it seems to pile on when I don't sweat it out. And I do have to be really *good* even when I am working out to maintain. Another thing with me is that I am so much more motivated to be "good" when I work my butt off at the gym. It's a cycle for me.
Thanks, though. Some of you answer posts like you are the most perfect H&F creatures to ever walk....or that you know all there is to know about it. Not so supportive...lol.
