    I think because protein powders are packaged & processed, then they aren't necessarily "clean".

    Protein powder is one of the few things that I consume that isn't "clean".  I like Optimum Nutrition's brand.  I switch up the flavor, but I usually just have the basic vanilla or chocolate.  They have TONS of different kinds of chocolate flavors.  I really like the milk chocolate.  The flavor reminds me of hot cocoa or chocolate milk.  If you add 2oz of blueberries to it and toss it in the blender, it maximizes the flavor!

  • some protein companies are starting to come out with powders that are clean. There was one I saw in a magazine called Just Protein. I haven't looked into it, but maybe it's an option for you.
