ooh, really? Who is no2? That is great news though about starting and your numbers! Are you excited or scared or both?! I think I felt relief at finally starting and the build up was worse for me...
What supplements helped- I think we had similar issues (fsh/amh?) and I would love to know what worked!
Sending you lots of good thoughts! Have you cut out caffeine altogether?
