E: 3 mile run, 45 minute yoga class

post run: decaf w/ cream

B: oats w/ walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, PB

S: banana

L: not sure, maybe subway veggie on wheat.  I'll have an apple with it too

S: orange and/or non-fat yogurt

D: ?  not a clue!  something easy on my stomach since I am running 15 miles in the morning.

  • B: Oats with soy milk, almond butter and strawberries

    E: Practice 2 spinning profiles I made this week

    L: Fried egg, avocado, swiss, spinach and tomato on whole wheat.  I'm already daydreaming about it

    D: Rotisserie chicken with probably sweet potatoes and green beans but that's not a definite

    Dessert:  Left over dulce de leche cheesecake I made for Vday.  So amazingly good

    D: no clue, maybe going out

    "S3": I caved and got a large unsweet tea from McD's b/c I was so thirsty on the way back from physical therapy.

    S: Grapes, dried apricots, cottage cheese

    D: Leftover Thai (noodles, broccoli & chicken in a curry sauce), salad, and skim milk

    S: Glass of wine or two if we go out to trivia

    E: 30 minute run with B.O.B. and baby

    D: probably pizza, I made a huge batch of dough and sauce yesterday, it is too easy of a dinner to pass up

    E: 3 mile walk...was going to do aerobics but I slept weird and my back is out of whack

    D: Either turkey tacos w/ lime-cilantro rice and black beans at home OR out to Pei Wei (Thai Basil chicken w/ brown rice and edamame).  I'll let DH decide.

  • B: einstein bros bagel-- oatmeal bagel with reduced fat strawberry shmear and a fat free vanilla latte (soooo good!)

    S: greek yogurt with hemp granola

    L: scrambled eggs, whole grain toast with berry jelly, fake bacon, and an apple

    S: an orange and strawberries and coffee

     E: stretching, core, and about 20 minutes of very light cardio

    D: i think we are going to pick up some asian food. something with vegetables and shrimp in it!
