I know!! I think if they would have been honest the owner still would have been upset of course, but might have been more forgiving!
Ugh. Those poor dogs. I'm not a big fan of using "professional" groomers, but especially not at those chain places. Their incentive is to get the dog in and out, not to make sure the dog doesn't have a negative association with being groomed, since they'll likely not see the dog enough times to make it worth the effort to nicely groom.
But that's my angry the-groomer-tramatized-my-dog opinion.
