I was surprised too, especially since I happened to see the sign for them on Valentines day.
Last year when I was pregnant, they were all I craved. I found some website with a recipe and started making them at home too.

The last time I had a shamrock shake it wasn't mixed well and it tasted like mouthwash poured on top of a vanilla shake. So disappointing.
