Weekend?
I am so bored today I fear I might die right here on my couch. I am home today with a sick kid, and Fran's gone until late Tuesday night, so it's going to be a very long weekend.
My folks are coming over tomorrow to watch Ian so I can go grocery shopping and get some time to myself. We have absolutely no plans on Sunday so maybe we'll go to the playground. Monday I have to work but daycare is closed so Ian will spend the day at my parents' house.

Road trip! Middle sister and I are meeting a high school friend and her kids in Lexington. We're renting a house on a working horse farm - I'm excited for the trip.
Tonight I get to go for a run in crappy weather.
Tomorrow and Sunday will be helping Mr. Spiderman work on the basement and hoping he doesn't electrocute himself, grocery shopping, laundry, and maybe some quick gardening if there's a break in the rain. I also want to watch The Loving Story, a documentary on HBO about the interracial couple who got married and sparked the Loving v. Virginia supreme court case.
On Monday, I am going to shop for a new washing machine and jeans. And probably drop my tax stuff off with my dad.

Lorne is on call tonight. I'm going to try to plow through my work so I can perhaps watch Breaking Dawn without having to be ridiculed while I torture myself.
ILs coming tomorrow, we'll head up to Lorne's grandma's house and I think spend the night there. I intend to nap there multiple times, I've been up way too late every night this week.
Lorne ended up with Monday off so we're leaving the kids with his parents and going to go stay here on Sunday night: http://www.hotelsolamar.com/ I AM SO EXCITED. We'll probably also go out to a nice dinner somewhere downtown, but we haven't decided where yet.

We're having a surprise 70th birthday party for my father in law tomorrow night. Otherwise, just a lazy weekend of gym, shopping, and playing with the kids.
We're both off Monday so we will get to go watch Maggie in her gymnastics class which is fun.
I'm jealous of NP's Sunday night.
This weekend I'm painting and cleaning. We are moving in next weekend and they are coming to regrout/clean/seal the tile on Thursday so we have to finish painting and cleaning before then. I also have cake pops to make for Boxer and 2 research papers to do.
Im also trying to figure out what color to paint Emmett's room. His furniture is bright blue and we have green accents throughout. His rug is from PB kids and is blue with a green trim. Halp!

The only thing we have "planned" for this weekend is dinner out tomorrow night. The rest of the weekend is down time and I'm 100% ok with that. I need to do a 4 miler tomorrow some time and the normal laundry and grocery stuff too.
I don't get Monday off. Booooooo.
I've got a race on Saturday morning and then a cake tasting (yay!!). We both have all three days off with no other real plans so that's fun. I'll start stage 2 of NROLFW and make Kevin verify that I'm doing everything correctly.
I may also pick up Connor for a few extra days this weekend since I missed a couple days with him this week when I went to Omaha.
I had off today so I started my weekend off right by letting my husband take Isaiah to day care so I could sleep in until 9:45. Then I did some stuff around the house and right now I'm eating lunch and then I'll go pick up Isaiah in a little bit. Tonight we are going to dinner at Quaker Steak and Lube with my sister. I don't really like their food that much but they have the best key-lime margaritas so I'm going to order a couple.
Tomorrow my H has to work so Isaiah and I are going with him. He is a physical therapist at a nursing home and the residents love seeing the baby. Sunday is church and then a "munchkin brunchkin" for parents and kids ages 0-3. Monday I have off and will just work on some stuff for my online class, do some lesson planning, and some cleaning (depending on how much Isaiah lets me get done).
Coley I would go with a sunny yellow, but I'm a big fan of adding more colors.
I'm picking up our second round of GS cookies this afternoon (her troop leader ran out and had to go back to Council for more). This is the start of store sales, and Bug's signed up for three and I'm running one of them.
In between I'm building a trellis and starting to clear the backyard if we get some sun.
And maybe a pizza party with the Pdxrias. Yay!

Tomorrow we have game night at one friend's and then a housewarming at another's so we are going to stop by both.
Sunday church then lunch with the IL's.

Tomorrow we are meeting BIL, SIL, and nephew at a nearby high school pool to take the babies swimming during family swim. BIL has been there before and says it's a good spot for them, but I'm a little concerned it will be James mewling in distress as 10-year-olds cannonball all around us. Also, I'm wearing a bathing suit with a skirt to hide the PUPPS scars on my thighs. Tomorrow afternoon I'm getting a haircut.
There will probably be grocery shopping and cooking. Technically I have Monday off, but we'll see if that actually happens.
Maybe car shopping.
Maybe shoe shopping for new workout shoes (the holes are getting way worse in my other ones - seriously there's one on each foot now)
Maybe apartment hunting.

No, our location opened up about 5 years ago. It has done crazy business ever since. I live in a pretty rural area with a yearly giant state fair and a yearly monster truck show, so it's no surprise that it would be popular here.
Do you know how they make their key lime margaritas? I was told by a waitress once that they use ice cream mix? I don't even want to know the calorie amount in those things.
It is an ice cream mix with a little marg mix as well. Then the tequila and lime juice. They also use the ice cream mix to do milkshakes.
The location I was at made bike nights the devil and caused much havoc. But they were fun people watching.

H has Monday off!!!! His company never gets holidays off, so I am crazy excited.
My sister leaves tomorrow, and we'll be on our own for the first time since the night I got out of the hospital. I'm stupid excited about that, too. We have no major plans, but will probably get together with our friends who also have a newborn, and we should spend some time working on the house that we still haven't moved into yet.
