Friday, Friday, Friday

Who has a long weekend?

What are the plans, folks?

Re: Friday, Friday, Friday

  • I didn't think Friday was ever going to get here.  It's been a rough week.

Tomorrow afternoon, we're going to a basketball game at NU, my husband's alma mater. I got him the tickets for Valentine's day. It's the Bracket Buster game, though I think NU kind of sucks again.  We went a couple of years ago, though, and had a good time, so hopefully it'll be fun.

Sunday, we're going car shopping, which I am both looking forward to and dreading like whoa. I think we've decided what we want, (a used Civic), so hopefully, it won't be too painful.

Monday, we both have the day off, but will likely just lie low. We've got a bunch of things dvr'd, so I think we'll burn through those and chillax.

    Enjoy the weekend everyone!

  • I do! Dh doesn't though.

We are taking DS to Toddler Time at the aquarium tomorrow. We haven't been yet, they run the special once a month and I think it will be a lot of fun. We'll see.

We need to pack some more.

I also hope the weather clears up enough Sunday so we can go to the park and take some 15 month portraits of DS.

We have playdates for the bulk of Monday since I am off from work!

  • No long weekend here but DH has Monday off and I'm thinking about taking it off as well now since I just realized this morning that I'm starting to bump up against my vacation ceiling.  But we have no plans so it feels like it would be a waste of a day.

No plans for tonight, though I might hit up some friends for a last-minute GTG. Saturday we're going to a birthday party for a friend.  No plans for Sunday.

I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

  • I do not have a long weekend. DH does and I'm rather bitter.

We have no real plans... a playgroup tomorrow and maybe shopping at some point.

  • Not a whole lot planned for the weekend... but I do have Monday off with H so I'm really excited about that!

Tomorrow, I need to do some mega house cleaning. Then tomorrow evening I'm going to see my bff's new house.

Sunday we're going to H's cousins birthday gathering.

Monday we don't have any plans. I'm trying to get H to go crib shopping or at least do something more than sit at home all day.

    Good luck car shopping 5000C!

  • Yay for a long weekend!

No "real" plans, but we plan on getting out and about with the baby and DoggieCrushing for some hikes!

Have you decided how you're decorating your nursery? Are you team green?
  • We do!

No plans tonight. Tomorrow DH is going to an event in Cambridge. Sunday we'll likely do stuff around the house. Monday we're throwing a few ideas around, but nothing's settled on yet

  • DH just texted me that the ILs can babysit tonight so it looks like it's date night! Woohoo!

    Super exciting!

  • Not only do I have a long weekend... but I have the week off! YAY

We went to dinner tonight at Gallows and it was yummy. Our waiter gave us a complementary Aperol Spritzer, and that we delightful.

This weekend is busy, tomorrow I have to teach my movement and music class and tomorrow night we are going to see Jim Gaffigan. I'm looking forward to that. : )

The rest of the week is all about work (well except Thursday when we are going to Exhale for massages and then going out to lunch.) I have to do two lectures at a local college this week, so that will be fun. Other than that... trying to relax a little.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
