Me: Do you have Diet Coke?
Waitress: We have Diet Pepsi...?
Me: Do you have Diet Dr Pepper?
Waitress: No, sorry.
Me: I'll have an iced tea then.

Thats so funny, I was just talking about this today with my store manager.
I have always been a Coke girl! (should see my coke pj's lol)
and shes a diet pepsi lover. so we were disusing the differences in the flavor of them. I find pepsi to be to sweet. like Tisha if the place doesn't have coke I'm having tea...
Diet coke. I find regular Coke much too fizzy and diet Pepsi too sweet.
You'll be interested to know though, that they taste different in Canada and the US.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermcorn syrup and cane sugar. My husband brought back some Pepsi he bought in Mexico that was made with sugar.
I definitely prefer coke and diet coke over pepsi. I LOVE regular coke, but obviously my teeth and waistline do not, so I drink diet on a regular (non-pregnant) basis, not that it is good for you, but it is the better choice.
I have the same conversation with waitresses all the time too Tisha. "I'll have a coke." "Is Pepsi okay?" "No, I'll just have water" To me that's like me asking for 7up and them asking if root beer is okay, that is how different they taste to me.
