Runners: Menstrual-like cramps?
Hi all.
In the second two weeks of my cycle I get really bad cramps about 10 minutes into my run. They feel just like menstrual cramps and sometimes are bad enough to force me to walk. We have been TTC for a year now and I have had extensive testing done, so I know it's not endometriosis or any kind of cystic issue. I've tried eating before, not eating before, using the bathroom before, drinking more water/less water but the cramps still come like clockwork from ~CD 19 on.
Any ideas? Does this happen to anyone else?

I get it whenever I am getting back in to running after not really exercising much. It usually sticks around for a couple weeks. I just walk through it, so long as it's not bad enough to double me over (which it has done a couple times). If it goes away, I pick back up to a jog.
I am so excited to get back into running after my son is born *5 days or less* yay!! I finished my third half marathon right before getting pregnant and was a week shy of trying my first full marathon when we got the positive test. I opted out of the full because I was afraid it would be too much.
