AWW: c25k

I know I just AWed the end of week 7 with the 25 minute runs, but I'd like to be an AW wh0re and proclaim that today I finished week 8, day 1 -- a 28 minute run!  Two more of these before next weekend's 5K.

    I had a bad session last night during W4D3 & did not even finish. I think part of my problem is I run at home on a treadmill. I've been trying to determine good areas for running the minimal distance I do around my area of town. Weather permitting, I think I'll do an outdoor walk/jog for my next. I've only done one run off my treadmill so far & it was on the beach.

  • Anon, do you use runkeeper.com? If you get outside (which I totally recommend!), you should check out this valuable tool. It helps me build my routes for my neighborhood runs. Are you on fb? I've finally started dipping the pen in the company ink, so to speak, and started befriending nesties on fb. I'd be happy to get in touch with you there.  You're always supportive of me, and maybe I can do the same for you.
