LOVED my CrossFit orientation!

I totally see why people love CrossFit! I only worked out for one nine-minute WOD and I felt completely euphoric afterward. I had so much energy and was AWAKE and I'd been feeling so blah and listless for awhile. And today I am aching in every single cell of my body, which is amazing since I spent less than 10 minutes working out. I can't wait to see what a full hour feels like!

I can't start the ramp-up classes until March 6th, so in the meantime I will do Insanity to try to get my fitness levels up. I did really well at the rowing machine, the squats and the situps. Push-ups with no knees were another matter....

Also, it was EXTREMELY intimidating because the only people in the class (or whatever it's called) that was going on while I did my orientation were five really buff guys. But the owner seems awesome and was super friendly and encouraging. I can't wait to get started!
