Yoga DVD recs?
Hello, I'm a semi-lurker on this board. I've recently started working out again, doing some Jillian Michael's DVDs and going to the gym a few times a week. I did P90X a couple of years ago and loved the yoga DVD on it. Unfortunately I've misplaced the DVD and can't find it anywhere.
Can anyone recommend a good yoga DVD? TIA!
