I'm doing a Paleo challenge at my CF Box. I really like his "version" because it includes weekly objectives to teach people how to eat Paleo for the long run, rather than a 4-8 week "crash" Paleo diet. Anyway, this week's objective is to eat Paleo Zone for 3 days.
I understand the blocks, but when tried to do Paleo zone last summer, I lasted about a day because I found the carb blocks just overwhelming - I mean, 1 block is 10 cups of spinach! (I have been eating this way for about 1.5 years, so I just went back to eating Paleo without the zone aspect).
Anyone have any suggestions for 1, 2 and 3 carb blocks? I'm afraid that I'll end up only eating sweet potatoes and strawberries! I've done some googling, but wanted to see if anyone here had some ideas.
