I though it was cute.   A bit different from what I expected.  But I enjoyed it.

    Please tell me they switched their names from Kim and Krickett to something else. I didn't read the book, but rather an article about them, and kept having to remind myself who was the husband and who was the wife.

    Yay. I don't have anything against either real name on its own, but I have a hard time thinking of Kim as a boy since that is my name.

    Our theater was so packed on Tuesday night for Valentine's Day that the manager had to pull Star Wars and add another showing of The Vow at almost 11PM.  I can't even imagine what the weekend showings were like since there were probably around 50 people standing in the lobby waiting on the 11PM showing.  This was at 9:30.  We saw it late Sunday at a theater that doesn't get a lot of traffic at that time.  There were still more people in the theater than I expected.  I thought it was cute.

    I saw it last night too. I expected it to be totally cheesy and I was prepared. I enjoyed it for the overall feel but I was actually bored towards the ending. Granted it was 11:30 and I had been up since 4:30 but I was falling asleep. It's cute but exactly what you expect (to me).

    They changed the names and a whole lot of other things from their original story. The words "inspired by a true story" always give a clue. LOL

    It was!  We were seeing something else and DH got to decide.  We asked which one had the fewer people since it was a College town and wanted to make sure there wouldn't be a ton of people to avoid people talking.  The person at the counter told us everything was empty besides The Vow and everyone was ther for it.
