Meatless meals?
Lent's coming! With DH being catholic, I make sure he has meatless dinners.
What are your favorite meatless meals?
I have been adding more meatless meals to our week lately. Veggie stir fry (from Aldi), Spinach ravioli with oven roasted sherry tomatoes, and tuna casserole (blech, LOL).

Does he go meatless for all of Lent? Or just on Fridays?
We tend to do pasta (just something simple, like penne with marinara and some garlic bread), crab cakes...yeah, that's all I've got.
I actually really like Gorton's fish fillets, so we'll do those sometimes (just bake them). We really need to learn how to purchase and make fish...like tilapia or salmon or something. We also sometimes do breakfast for dinner during Lent...like waffles and scrambled eggs.

Not for all of lent, but we have been trying to do mainly meatless meals latey bc we dont have the money for meat anyway.
