of the canine variety, that is! We picked him up yesterday and I'm working from home today so I can make sure he gets settled and his big sister doesn't cause him too much grief.
His name is Tux (short for Tuxedo)

Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
Thanks! Riley (3 year old black lab, our other dog) was a huge PITA to train and I was young and dumb so Tux is putting her to shame already. he's 12 weeks old, he already knows how to sit and I was working on "lay down" with him last night. He has only had one accident so far (my fault for not being patient out in the freezing cold) and he slept through the night great.
He did cry the entire time I was taking a shower so I imagine when I go back to work tomorrow it's going to be a rough adjustment for the poor little guy! Still trying to figure out who I can hire to come let him out once during the day.
