Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Are you following the eating plan as well? Or just eating clean in general?
Rachel Cosgrove doesn't want you doing cardio either. She thinks that steady state cardio conditions your body to hold onto weight. You can read more about that here:

When I started Cosgrove's program, I gave up cardio for a bit. Nothing catostrophic happened but I missed it. Its more social than lifting and a great mood booster for me.
