Just booked trip to St. Lucia!
We just booked 7 nights in St. Lucia and will be staying at Calabash Cove! Any recommendations about where to eat, what to do, and whether renting a car is a good idea?
Thanks!
Re: Just booked trip to St. Lucia!
Renting a car is definitely a good idea.
Check out the Friday night fish fry in Anse La Raye for a true fishing town experience (and very fresh seafood!)
Eat at Rainforest Hideaway in Marigot Bay for a fancy dinner out, the baguette shop in Marigot Bay for cheap lunches (food is very expensive), the market in Castries for some local street food, Ku De Ta in Rodney Bay for great Thai food, and Chateau Mygo in Marigot Bay for good food and friendly service.
Check out the botanical gardens and the volcanic area
Go zip lining!
If you can find the "New Jerusalem" hot springs...it is a MUST. But it is very hidden and visited by mostly locals.
We only stayed at Calabash Cove three nights and we stayed on property the whole time. We were doing a post-baby/pre-baby trip and were just relaxing.
Just wanted to say enjoy!
