Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We got an offer!
We are in attorney review as of today! Praying all goes well with the lawyers, the banks etc. They have a back up house in case so we need this to go smoothly.
They weren't even going to be looking at our house but in driving around with the realtors they saw ours and said they HAD to see it. They want to close on my husband's birthday! (2 months) The husband buying our house is originally from Bel Air MD of all places and his wife is friends' with someone who has the exact same name as my mother in law. It's an inlaw of her's or something. So many signs say this is IT.
So it looks like if all goes well we will be out of attorney review this week. Then it's on to looking for a place to live. I think our plan is to rent in Bel Air for a bit until we know where we want to be for sure. We have a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old so schools are important and we need 3 bedrooms. We're going to have to use storage for some things since we're coming from a 4 bedroom house.
Very happy I got her a spot in a preschool in Bel Air last month before they filled up just in case. Looks like we will be needing it.
